38 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

During our recent visit we were very unhappy to find our room was not as clean as we would have preferred, the bathroom floor was quite dirty.

The pool had grease on the tile around it for the 6 days we were there

and lots of debris on the bottom (sand, etc). I heard other guests express their concerns regarding the dirty pool.

The resort is beautiful, right on the beach and otherwise we had a nice, quiet vacation.

Would have been a lot nicer if the overall cleanliness was better.
