They have very nice facilities. You must use the elevator for room access and these are slow elevators. They have very nice and helpful employees.

to return to the ResortQuest at the Waikiki Banyan.

The location was close to shopping, the zoo and the beach. The pull-out bed was not comfortable.

I liked the location. The air conditioner was quiet. I liked the snack bar/pool area/hot tubs/play area. I also liked the waterfall in the lobby.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff said 'Aloha, welcome to the Aston Banyon. If there is anything I can do to make your stay more welcome, just let me know.'

This turned out to be a good experience, as long as you deal directly with the aston property. We used the entertainment book price, so got a really good room for a great rate in waikiki. The hallways, etc. Are very plain, but clean and functional. The.
This hotel made me feel content: Answered questions, supplied amenities we asked for, room was as described plus a little.
