I stayed at Sundestin for Memorial Day weekend in 2007. We had an all adult vacation and stayed in the 2bd 2bath with gulf front view. It was amazing. Perfect for a get away with adults or a family vacation. I am coming back this year 2008 with my family. Only wish they had a washer and dryer in the room.
We were very impressed with our room. It was like home away from home. Everything was right there at our fingertips. We will definitely stay at the Resort next year if possible. The staff was extra friendly and always willing to lend a hand.

Yes the Sundestion Beach Resort is an older condo, but it has been renovated and is absolutely beautiful inside the condo itself. Don't let the outside of the building fool you.
54 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Units were very small and way overpriced. Evidently this is an older property. Closet door came off track. Maintenance put it back but did not fix problem. No Space in the 2nd BR for luggage or clothes storage. Very small. Toilet in master bath rocked and leaked. They called plumbers twice and it took several days with them in and out. It leaked into unit below twice. Other items: elevators stunk like athletes foots/mildew, doors and windows throughout were dirty. We checked out. The only thing nice was they were understanding and comped us a night and let us leave earlier and refunded everything without penalty. We moved next door to the Emerald Towers which was significantly nicer(very spacious, nicely furnished) and cost 15% less.
This is a great place for families. If you don't have kids and don't like kids, then don't go here. There are other resorts that cater more to couples and singles. But if you want a great family vacation this is an excellent place to go. The rooms...
