It was a great location, near shopping and restaurants. It had an excellent view of beach and sunsets. The facility was quiet and relaxing. We would stay there again!

This hotel made me feel important: The staff was attentive and always available. They were very polite and helpful.

We had a wonderful time there for six days while attending my son's wedding. Our room was a full ocean view and it was fantastic. The valet service was quick and efficient every time we needed our vehicle.

This hotel made me feel excited: It was our first time in Hawaii. There were lots of things and activities to do.

The rooms were extremely small. The carpeting was dirty. Bathroom is rust and stain. This is motel quality hotel. I think motel even look nicer. Everything in this hotel is old and dirty. I don't know how they get 3 stars. Poor front desk service. I asked if this 3 stars hotel and the front desk told me:" this is no star hotel. If you like it, then stay or leave here." we are only going to stay one day, so we choose to stay. We don't want to spend another half day to look for another hotel because we don't have enough time to spend on Honolulu.

I was so afraid to take the hotel elevator because it is so old and dirty. I cried about my choice and I want money back. The room we got is VIP ocean front at 11 floor. No one can believe the best room for this hotel (Vip room ) is only big enough fit one bed. This hotel room is so small and smell bad. Me and husband has to use beach towel to sleep because the blanket is so dirty. I afraid bed bud to bite me. This is my honeymoon. If we have to pick the hotel again, I would rather sleep at the airport We book here because we think this is 3 star hotel.

This hotel is very friendly and has a nice staff. I stayed in a nice room with a great view.
