The rooms were dirty. The pool never had chlorine odor, so I came home with an ear infection from the polluted water, and the pool was full of non-paying hotel guests.

I am not likely to return to the ResortQuest Pacific Monarch.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in March, 2006. The room is not as good as I thought and the bed is not very comfortable. But it has a nice view from the balcony and I can see the waikiki beach from my room. It also has microwave and refrigerator if you need them. However, the safe needs extra charge. The location is very convenient. If you're going to stay here, remember to ask for higher floor which can give you better view.

I am somewhat likely to return to the ResortQuest Pacific Monarch.
I might recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Upon arrival we were greeted by a waitstaff that treated us as if we were the most important people to check-in.

I am very likely to return to the ResortQuest Pacific Monarch.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The suite was less comfortable than it looked on the internet. The front desk staff was not very accomodating (would not cash checks, etc. ).
