Dirty rooms , carpet smells , uncomfertable beds , old furniture , it will take them 1 hr to bring you extra towels , poor management skills i will never go back again

I'm laying out by the courtyard pool and typing this on my laptop which is wirelessly hooked up to the internet supplied by the resort. This is an older property, the lobby -public area is very well maintained. For as many rooms as there are here, there is plenty of leisure space. Two pools to choose from. The jewel in the crown of this property is the Beach house restaurant. Great tasting food, great service. With all that said,one could easily spend three times as much as we did on dinner. The price is the "hook" in this case, and I mean that in a very good way! Compared to some restaurants in the area this is the best value....breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Housekeeping could clean a little better. When asked, H/K looked after our

heeds. The extra parking fees suck($9), but what other resort don't charge for parking?

We arrived expecting a garden view room. We were unexpectedly upgraded to an ocean view. What a view! We were on the 3rd story, right above the beach. Our view was almost 180 degrees of ocean!!! From our lovely lanai we could observe whales jumping, our kids on the beach or in the pool, plus the weekly Hawaiian dancers show. Amazing. We could easily access the beach from our room, so felt like we were in our own world - no need to traipse through the lobby at all. The kitchen was loaded with just the right equipment for our family of 7 to cook the occasional meal. It met every need we had, and we cannot wait to go back!

I go here lots because my family owns one of the condos here. i love our place an i wanted to write a review because people keep mentioning the fact that the places seem very outdated. i just wanted to let everyone know that ResortQuest is aware of this and they are trying to make it better. all the owners have been required to update and it is getting better. My parents made especially sure that our two condos looked good and MODERN. Just know that people are trying to address your concerns to make your stays more pleasant.
