I liked the fact that the service was excellent. The hotel was extremely comfortable and very close to the business that I worked that week. The service was outstanding and prompt.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The ambiance was warm, cozy, and it seemed like a hotel frequented by someone considered rich and famous.

The breakfast and manager's reception were included in the room's price.

The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and roomy. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever encountered in a hotel.

This hotel made me feel content: It had a very warm atmosphere, it was close to everything we were looking to be close to.

This hotel made me feel respected: I felt respected because they allowed children and simply by being nice.

This is an exceptionally nice hotel with exceptional customer service. However, have found that hotels in general maintain a higher standard in Minneapolis than in other towns where have stayed (e.g. Las Vegas, San Francisco, Dallas).

The staff needs customer service training. They seem to have forgotten that the customer is the reason they have a job.

The sink drain worked very slowly. The seat on the toilet was loose. The eggs at the breakfast were not good. The clerk at the desk was friendly. My room was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. I asked for a non-smoking room.

We are computer people there for a computer presentation. We told the hotel this at the time and were assured all rooms had internet access. They put us in one of three rooms that do not have internet access. The employees on duty had no knowledge of this.

This hotel made me feel important: The staff was excellent - went out of their way to check how we were doing.

Nice enough hotel, but it was too expensive in comparison to other nicer hotels downtown. The only reason we chose to stay there was due to the fact that we were attending an event at the hotel.
