The staff was very helpful in directing us to the train station and advising us on how to get around downtown Boston.

The service at this hotel was outstanding. The location was convenient and the free shuttle to the train station was a blessing. The room was clean and neat and the pool was great as was the exercise facility. The staff was helpful and I would definitely stay there again.

I loved the location! I also enjoyed the room quality, the peacefulness and the cleanliness.

The location is excellent, and comfort and service were good. I would stay there again. It's a nice facility, but the pool is not a lap pool.

We like the Residence Inn by Marriott because breakfast is included in the nightly rate. You can also take advantage of a good rate if you call the hotel a couple of days before your planned stay.

This hotel made me feel secure: You must use your keycard to enter any side or back doors. We have stayed at this Inn before and feel comfortable with the area.
