The Residence Landfall Wilmington NC has raised their nightly rates over $100 since last year,I highly recommend staying ath the hampton inn Landfall instead the suites are much nicer.the property is older and outdated.if you are on a lower floor you hear footsteps from above.The suites the jacuzzi tub and shower are crammed in a corner.The Residence inn properties at Raleigh Crabtree and uptown Charlotte are much nicer,newer ,and have better rates.

I like the chain very much. I was upset that the rooms bedding and bath were not clean. The problem was promptly taken care of.

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Wilmington.
I might recommend it to friends.
