47 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We had a really great suite. It provided a lot of comfort for five people. The beds are never like home no matter where you go but that is understandable. They had free breakfast which was absolutely fantastic. They offered a lot to eat and warm food not just cereal and milk. The breakfast had lots of fruit, oatmeal, eggs, pancakes, great food and beverages. We received well over the price paid in service and breakfast. We had a great stay. We will consider the Residence Inn hotels from now on.

57 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
It has a convenient location. The original room was with a single bed rather than two, but the problem was corrected the next day and so happened with the original room not being clean. The elevator service was inadequate, the general facilities were a little run down and shabby for the price. I will not return there.

50 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The location of the hotel, in terms of public transportation, shopping and dining, was the biggest advantage. The size of the rooms were spacious making it a very comfortable place to stay.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was large and well designed and the amenities added to the comfort. The hotel had everything we needed.

58 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Generally, the hotel was just fine. Most recently, there was a noisy and poorly placed air conditioning system. Generally, it has an excellent price/value equation.

21 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel did not have much night activity, except for the restaurant. The continental breakfasts were good, though.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: The room was quiet, without much noise from other rooms. Also, the hotel was located in a quiet section of town.

This hotel made me feel respected: The lady at the front desk remembered my name and face from the last time I visited.
