The location was very convenient. Just about anything you needed was right around there. I definitely recommend getting a trolley map and pass, because cabs are too expensive. There were too many sirens early in the morning.

It was a great experience. The staff was very helpful, the room was great, and the restaurant was so clean and cheery. The food also was great.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: The room was very comfortable and the down comforter was great.

The hotel was in a nice location and the rooms were fair, but a little old. The staff tended to be less than interested in helping. Although they were not rude, they didn't seem that interested in being helpful either.

The suite was large and comfortable. All staff members at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent, with a variety of stores very closely located.
