I thought that for the money paid, we could have found nicer places to stay at.

I am not likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Troy.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I was impressed with the size and amenities of the room. It was very comfortable. I was upgraded upon arrival due to my status in the Marriott rewards program, which was nice. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The exercise room was a little small but I had the option to use Bally's free of charge. Overall, I had a nice stay.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk clerk was very friendly. I was provided with an upgraded room upon arrival.

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Troy.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

47 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The location was fine. It was close to where I needed to be and there were plenty of eating places close by. The service was excellent and the staff very helpful. These rooms had a full kitchen in them, TV, fireplace and a large living area. The price for all this was very reasonable. The pool was very refreshing and the breakfast buffet was great. They also had social nights, which included food. I was very satisfied with my stay.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They were welcoming. I felt that anything that I asked for they would have tried to provide. They even do your grocery shopping for you if you want.

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Troy.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
