Residence Inn by Marriott Troy Hotel - Page 1

I stayed here on business for three months so I got a lot of the good and bad. First the good: The workers are some of the friendliest I’ve ever met. They are always willing to help out. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly everyday I was there, housekeeping never slacked up. The bad: My TV acted up every once in a while and the internet service was horrible. I could never get the cable internet to work for more than 30 minutes but I was close enough to the lobby to get wireless, which would go down often. I am pretty sure that housekeeping did steal some of my medicine one time. I had some sleeping pills that came up missing. The nightly dinners are fantastic.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was like being at home. Had breakfast every morning. Had family over, played cards in the lobby area, watched football. It was the best experience I've ever had in a hotel/motel. We'll be going back next time.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The rooms are quite comfortable and large. The staff is extremely friendly.
