51 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It's a bit pricey. The advertised room service was food delivered from up the road. My son left his game bag in the room and we never got it back. It cost me a small fortune to replace.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Tempe.
I would not recommend it to friends.

For cost and comfort it's almost the same as using a timeshare unit.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Front desk attitude was great,happy to see us and were very informative on places to go etc.

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Tempe.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

48 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

Hotel staff were very quick to respond to a complaint had with the toilet and fixed it promptly. Very courteous gentlemen, as were those at the front desk. Extremely willing to accommodate our lg group.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Lighting was excellent, beds were very comfortable, living area had a sofa sleeper, and popcorn avail for use in the mw.

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Tempe.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
