64 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
It was a very pleasureable experience. The staff was very accomadating.
This hotel made me feel welcome: We were having a family reunion at the jones center in springdale. Most of us stayed at the residence inn. They allowed us to us a conference room for a covered dish supper one night and we also used the room to play games a couple of nights.

They had trouble getting the pass keys to the room to work correctly. This happened in my opinion due to employee ignorance.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The suite was spacious. There was plenty of room for the two families that stayed there. Having three tvs was an excellent touch. The full kitchen although not used was excellent.
