The front desk staff were excellent. The complimentary breakfast buffet and the evening snacks were very pleasant. The happy hour was better than most. It was one of the best places I have stayed at.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They called me by name and they spoke to me every time I passed the front desk.

The staff was knowledgeable and very courteous. It was difficult to find a parking spot. The room was quite small for our group of four. The free breakfast was outstanding.

The bathroom was not as clean as expected. The floor was sticky around the sides of the toilet and there were spider webs under the sink around the pipes.

It is conveniently located with a focus on satisfying guests. I was somewhat disappointed in the small size of the suites, as we were a family of five, and the suites were not as large as in some other Residence Inns.
This hotel made me feel welcome: I was greeted by name upon arrival, with a very simple check-in. The staff in the hall always greeted you when passing.
