49 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The location was very close to downtown San Francisco. The hotel had a shuttle service that would take you to the BART which could be taken to downtown. They had several information brochures about the local attractions. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with regard to any questions.

44 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The location is easily convenient to BART using their shuttle service. It's a great hotel for a family because of the extra room. However, the couch in the living area is horribly uncomfortable. The hotel is in dire need of an extreme makeover. It's very behind in style. The staff is very nice and the extras such as happy hour are unexpectedly nice.
This hotel made me feel respected: The front desk was always so helpful. They were very kind, insightful, and cheerful.

33 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
It was a great stay. The service was good and the value is great. It is good as long as you don’t mind staying south of San Francisco.
This hotel made me feel respected: I was treated fairly and with politeness every time I needed to speak with the staff.

The hotel was comfortable and nice. I wish it offered more variety of television channels. Overall it was nice and clean. They allow pets to stay with you for an extra fee.

35 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
The location was nice but not easy to get to anywhere in city. I loved the grocery shopping feature and the continental breakfast. We also got there when they were still running happy hour and had a great snack and drink after a long trip.

I really liked the grocery shopping feature because the hotel was not within walking distance of anything.
