Everything was great except the shower was ice cold after two people showered.

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott South Bend.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location is great, right by the St. Joe River and the rooms were great. We experienced difficulty with the cleaning service but other than that it was great. They were very apologetic and helpful in correcting any problem we had.

This hotel made me feel important: The staff greeted me and my family any time we entered the Gate House and always took our complaints or comments with the utmost respect.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott South Bend.
I might recommend it to friends.

50 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The hotel was convenient to Notre Dame. It had quiet surroundings and a decent breakfast. But it was too hot upstairs and too cold downstairs. And there was no wireless internet access (only Ethernet and it was slow!)

I am somewhat likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott South Bend.
I might recommend it to friends.

65 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business

So far, so great. We have six more days here and I am looking forward to the experience. Today we all enjoyed accepting new furniture into our rooms: a sofa and a chair. They were very nice.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The inn was quiet and comfortable, with appealing décor. It had good lighting and well-kept property.

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott South Bend.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
