Residence Inn by Marriott Shelton Hotel

I requested that a terrible aroma be addressed. We were staying there while work was being done on the house. The problem was not addressed in seven days.

I didn't like the policy that the room was reserved with a credit card, but we were paying cash, and had to give a two hundred dollar refundable deposit. It put a financial strain on us for our son's wedding.

I felt that this Residence Inn, facility, and staff were above average. The entire facility was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly. The food and service in the restaurant was outstanding.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: My room contained a king-size bed. I'm six feet two inches tall and found it very comfortable. The room was also very clean and contained a coffee maker, refrigerator, and iron.

This hotel made me feel excited: I was excited that the room was so large, comfortable, and it had so many amenities.
