It was a great stay. I loved the shuttle service for downtown access.

I loved my stay, I wish it could've been longer. The front desk staff was so friendly.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The place was so posh, staying there made me feel like I was rich.

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. It is clean and more like home. You will enjoy your stay. And don't forget breakfast. It's hot and fresh. In the evening there is a wine and cheese get together.

The location was great. It has a water view and plenty of restaurants. There is easy bus access to downtown but not right in the thick of things. There is no easy access to groceries though. We received an incredible deal on the room but the low price we paid did not affect our customer service. We had a large suite with a kitchen and were treated like we paid premium prices. Kudos to their staff.

The hotel was very convenient. The staff was very helpful (love that grocery service). I wish they had better long-term rates, though.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was convenient to where I needed to be. The grocery delivery service was perfect for someone who had a lot to do. The breakfast was keen.

The hotel's breakfast was terrific. I loved the balcony (our suite overlooked the lake). I was really touched by the quilts made by families of cancer patients that were on display. The location, while not quite downtown, was still within an easy distance from the sights, either by bus or by foot. The hotel also runs a courtesy van to take guests to locations if pre-booked. The staff was always cheerful and willing to help. I would stay there again (in fact, I did! This is my second stay at the location).

My husband and I, and our two married children had a glorious stay at this particular Marriott. The location was perfect for walking to Pike's Market or taking the shuttle to many featured attractions of this city. Our children enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, although at times, it became very busy. We felt comfortable in our two bedroom suite and the service was outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the daily breakfasts and thought that the catered dinner buffet was a nice touch. We would definitely come here again.

They should provide evening meals on weekends.

Residence Inn Downtown Lake Union is superb.

The location was very good, many restaurant choices were within walking distance, and there was a wonderful view. Breakfasts were very good and the cocktail welcome buffet they put on each week was a nice way to visit with others.

The hotel staff makes one feel as if they are returning home to family/friends at the end of a long tiring day! they made us feel as if our patronage mattered to them a great deal.

This hotel made me feel excited: They would accommodate us by responding to some of our most detailed requests. (i.e.. dining, directions, cleaning, food service, shuttle, sight seeing, etc.)

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The atmosphere adds class to the way I already feel. A real sophisticated environment.

My room was not ready at check in; was given a two-bedroom suite for the same price.

This hotel made me feel inspired: The waterfalls in the main room seemed a continuation of the lake shore ambience.

We would have appreciated more comfortable beds.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff always considered requests I made and responded to them promptly.

This hotel made me feel important: Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The suite was spacious and I didn't expect it to be so nice.

I was disappointed by the high cost to park my rental car at the hotel. It was more than my daily rental fee!
