Decent value for a short stay

It's in a convenient location with a good breakfast in the morning. All of the employees are very helpful.
The property shows signs of wear and tear.
The room was very stuffy and air did not circulate well, even with the a/c on.
The beds were not comfortable -- we could feel the springs as we were laying down.
The workout room is tiny.

I was sitting on the couch watching television in my hotel room when I noticed a hotel worker trying to peer through the curtains at me. This event was basically dismissed by the front desk staff.
