It was comfortable, reliable, and expensive.

50 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The rooms were adequate with an appropriate amount of space. The second floor rooms, however, were difficult to carry luggage to as they have outside wooden stairs. I liked the fireplace!

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Rochester.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was comfortable and clean. The only downside was that the internet service was only located in the downstairs bedroom in the suite.

I had to ask for toilet paper and the clerk could not find any, so I had to take some from the lobby bathroom! I could not find any housekeeping employee.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Rochester.
