42 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I had a problem with the toilet. The room was the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed the cookouts, with free beverages, and the breakfasts.
This hotel made me feel secure: There was always staff at the front desk. There were locks at all the other doors that opened only by the room key cards. The only other way in was by the staffed front desk.

44 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
I was not happy with my stay. The people were rude and not helpful. The pool area had no towels; and when we checked in, we found that our bathroom also had no towels. I went to the desk and waited four hours for them. The soda machine was out; I told someone at the desk and all they said was there was a store down the road if I wanted soda. For the money we paid, I was not happy and from talking to other people staying there, I found that they were not pleased with anything. I have written a letter to Marriott and still have not heard anything.

35 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I loved having a small gift waiting in our room. I loved receiving a phone call from the front desk immediately after arriving to make sure my room was acceptable. It's a lovely place with delicious food and a hospitable environment.

This hotel made me feel entertained: There were 2 TVs in the room. There were brochures for local attractions in the room. There were 'theme' nights like barbeque and ‘happy hours’ that were entertaining.
