This hotel made me feel welcome: They gave a tour of their rooms before the reservation. They had a good breakfast.

They really need to upgrade their mattresses to the Jamison memory foam like they have at the Courtyards. The beds in Provo were extremely hard and very uncomfortable.
This hotel made me feel pampered: Having pop corn in the room when we arrived.
