They were very good at making sure that I was feeling better. The food was very good. Also, they had buffets at morning and dinner, which helped a lot.
This hotel made me feel pampered: I got sick during the last 2 days, and I had to stay in my room most of the time. They were very good at giving me cold tablets.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Front desk clerk was exceptional friendly, and the gentleman running the nightly 'happy hour' or whatever they call it went above and beyond, finding me a pitcher which he filled with beer and then helped me carry it back to my room as my hands were full.
