The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The lack of ability to sleep caused us to cut short our stay and vacation.
This hotel made me feel respected: I am a silver card holder and made reservations before special rates went into effect. My reservation was automatically updated for the best rate and room available.

I very much enjoyed Residence Inn. However, I could not afford to stay there unless it was company-paid.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: I liked the room, the area, decor, silence, temperature, and the nightly happy hour.
