60 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

This hotel is clean, kept up and comfortable. The breakfast selection is very good. The only negative to this hotel is getting into it during rush hour traffic.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The decor was pleasant and the bed was comfortable.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Plano.
I might recommend it to friends.

The location was very close to work. The room was great -- equipped with a kitchen, which was wonderful.

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Plano.

44 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The lack of ability to sleep caused us to cut short our stay and vacation.

This hotel made me feel respected: I am a silver card holder and made reservations before special rates went into effect. My reservation was automatically updated for the best rate and room available.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Plano.
I might recommend it to friends.
