This hotel made me feel important: They treated us as a valued guest, responded to us promptly when we had a request or a need and offered constant smiles and greetings around the premises while we were there. We were thoroughly impressed by the way they treated us.

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Placentia.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

There were renovations going on and we were told we were going to have to change rooms in the middle of our stay. After some frustrated discussions, we were able to stay in our original rooms, but the anxiety caused by this to my elderly parents was not pleasant.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Placentia.
I might recommend it to friends.
