I really liked the fact that the hotel had high-speed internet access available.

The custodial staff was extremely friendly and said hello every time we walked by each other.

This hotel made me feel secure: The elevators were usable only by patrons that had a room card. The doors were locked and can only able to be opened with a room card after 11 pm.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I liked knowing that there would be no surprises. They do their job so can do mine.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: It was a luxury suite with a limited access elevator. The hallway had freshly-cut flowers on the table.

The time spent in Philadelphia was actually 2 trips during the year -- one for 3 weeks and one for 2 weeks. I had no control over the reservations or the price. It was the government rate. The hotel staff was very friendly. The bed was not comfortable.

They were also helpful in providing good directions to some destinations. We had a very enjoyable conversation with a maid!

This hotel made me feel content: There was a lot of personal attention by the service desk at check-in and following up. They were especially courteous and helpful with respect to our rental of wireless internet adapter for our laptop, and when we asked that our laptop be stored in a safe when we went out of the room.
