Staff is very friendly. Good breakfast buffet.
This hotel made me feel practical: Good value for the money. Rooms have a full kitchen so you don't have to spend money to eat out every night.

I would stay at this Residence Inn anytime that I visit Orlando in the future, even if it meant driving further to local destinations.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The hotel staff greeted me by name every time I went in and out of the 'gatehouse'. They remembered me from my last visit, by name. They are the most friendly group of hotel employees I have ever encountered.

The assistant manager told us that this hotel is due for a 20 million dollar upgrade that it badly needs. He is correct about that. He was very friendly and helped us, but the reservationist wasn't very knowledgeable.

This was one of the best that I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in many.
This hotel made me feel content: I was working for FEMA after the disasters on an extended stay. The staff was the most competent, friendly and courteous that I have ever experienced.
