It was very nice, warm and welcoming. The room was nice and the furniture was extremely comfortable.
This hotel made me feel important: They would always asked how my day or sleep was and they actually listened!

The hotel is fine. The employees are fine except the manager and sales manager, neither has ever returned one phone call after leaving numerous messages. I was trying to make an advance reservation. Do they want the business or not? We stay at this property twice a year. This behavior is unacceptable.

The location was excellent as we were in town to visit the Universal Orlando theme parks. The hotel and room were nice. We were highly upset that the shuttle service was not available as was promised.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was clean and the breakfast was nice.
