Residence Inn by Marriott Oakland Hotel - Page 1

This hotel is awful I have never been to a hotel where they seem to care less about their guests. The Director of Operations I think her name is Christina was very rude and condescending I will never stay there again.

The location was okay and so was the comfort and service.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I liked the nice clerks.

I liked the hotel's proximity to the University of Pittsburgh's campus and dorms, the size of the room, and the free breakfasts. I disliked the fact that there was no restaurant in the hotel, although there is a very good Italian restaurant across the street.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room was not well-furnished with towels, and service was slow when more were requested.

They have an awesome staff – a great free breakfast, indoor pool and rooms with full kitchens - what more could a traveler ask for?
