Residence Inn by Marriott Northwest Austin Hotel

I was there for an educational convention. Everything was clean, worked, etc. There were no problems.

They still need to work on breakfasts: there wasn't enough protein, too many carbs, and it was not easy and convenient to get to the food (they need trays!). They should have fountain drinks at breakfast instead of just nasty juice, milk, and coffee.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The bed and couches were very comfortable and clean.

I like the friendliness of the staff and the meals provided for breakfast and dinner. Everyone there is very nice and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and wanted. I was treated like a VIP.

This hotel made me feel secure: They had a well-lit parking area, and inside doors with a security key to enter after 10 PM.
