I had fond memories of this property from the past. But when business brought me here again I have to say that I was unpleasantly surprised. It seems run down, the furniture is old, and the "improvements" they have made seem very glossed over. Like their business center is upstairs where you can hear room numbers from the lobby. No one thought that out it appears. Then there is the wireless access. It is fast if and only if no one is using it at the same time you want to use it. The final straw was really the staff. While there were some great standouts, most were just unhappy to be there. I will not be back.

The wireless internet access in room did not work but the room was fine otherwise.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The room and the overall facility were comfortable.

I loved the overall value at the Norman Residence Inn. The breakfast was great and the Thursday night bbq was great also. Their new wireless high speed internet is the fastest I have found at any hotel. A great place to relax and get work done. The staff is friendly and helpful with local information.

The location was hard to find, but once found it was very pleasant and quiet. The service was professional and friendly. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend this location to anyone staying in Norman.

We stayed here because our homed burned down. Everyone was so nice and wonderful!

This hotel made me feel content: Every time I saw a staff member, I was warmly greeted.
