We would not have recommended this hotel based on the fact that most rooms do not have elevator access and you have to drag all your luggage up flights of stairs, plus the extreme noise from airplanes flying directly over the hotel...HOWEVER.....

A month after our stay at the Residence Inn Miami Airport...fraudulent charges started posting on our credit card. So far 6 charges have posted....May 5,6,7,8,10,11 for $2,000...$1860...etc!!!! We have called the hotel and they are going to "try and have a manager call us." We have called the fraud dept at Chase Visa and may have to call the Miami police.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!

I think this is a great hotel and I always enjoy staying here.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was very kind and they went out of their way to help me.

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Miami.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
