34 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
This hotel was very convenient to the Long Beach airport, and they were very helpful in supplying a shuttle for use on business-related trips. The room was clean and in order; although, while we were in a non-smoking room, the couch had obviously been moved from a smoking room recently.
This hotel made me feel respected: They provided answers to questions, and offered assistance while spending time in a new city.

I was a little displeased with the amount of the pet charge, but I was glad that there was some place nice that I could take my dog to.
This hotel made me feel pampered: The ladies that ran the hospitality room were very kind to my family, especially my 6 year old son.

The cleanliness is very important. Especially in the bathroom. I'm hoping that all hotels change bedding regularly and are laundered even the bedspread.
