I did not like the one hundred dollars pet charge upon arrival. The central reservations said there would be a maximum fee of twenty dollars per night for my dog during my stay. Also I requested a ground floor room and I was given a walk up on the second floor. The check in staff was curt, but polite. The room was fine. It was very well kept and clean.

It was very relaxing. It seemed to be in a good location. I enjoyed the courtyard between units for relaxing and meeting others.

This hotel made me feel content: The rooms were very clean. The staff was helpful. I felt I was in a safe location.

Everything was fine. But the lighting could have been better in the room.

They have a friendly and helpful staff, but the rooms average at best. Their high speed Internet is painfully slow. And there was intolerable noise until late at night. I will not stay in this hotel again for business.

This hotel was very convenient to the Long Beach airport, and they were very helpful in supplying a shuttle for use on business-related trips. The room was clean and in order; although, while we were in a non-smoking room, the couch had obviously been moved from a smoking room recently.

This hotel made me feel respected: They provided answers to questions, and offered assistance while spending time in a new city.
