I had a problem with a molded rotten piece of fruit underneath the room sofa that had a left a smell in the room, upon discovering it and notifying the front desk they were very quick to help us move and fix the problem.

This hotel made me feel respected: Staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. Treated me very well. Have found this to be true in all the Marriott's that I stay at. Wanted to mention this as I have found their staff to be consistently "good to outstanding."
