poor service, below average quality room

39 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business
Good location, but the overall quality is below average. The bed is ultrasoft, you are not sleeping but rather sinking and sitting in it during the night. Staff is fairly negligent, I asked for a taxi in the morning, they confirmed it to me but did not actually order, I almost missed my flight because of it. They did not even bother to apologize.
I am not likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott La Jolla. I would not recommend it to friends.
