The friendliness of the staff made my stay more than just a regular hotel stay. I enjoyed the fireplace and the openness of the room. It was very comfortable and the bathrooms were the cleanest I have seen in a hotel. It did not have a view, but having the mall close by more than made up for it.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The hotel itself is very simplistic, yet refined and I felt very important to be staying there. I guess that could translate to elegant.

This was a great hotel with a wonderful staff. We stayed there for three months this past winter, and this very friendly, comfortable hotel made what could've been a very long, miserable business trip quite bearable. In fact, my co-workers wholeheartedly agreed with me that the hotel was hands-down the best part of our trip. This property is very conveniently located and caters to families as well as business travelers. The front desk staff from the hotel manager to the night clerk are all aces and went way out of their way to make us comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, particularly if you are needing a place for an extended stay. This property is located on the grounds of the largest shopping mall in the area, and that didn't hurt either. I would love to stay there again.

I liked the hotel's good location and value. But housekeeping removed a newspaper from the room -- I didn't like this. Items on desks and dressers should be left alone.
