The rooms were nice, but not for what we needed. Main bed was comfortable, but the pull out and murphy beds were not the most comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, fireplace was a nice touch. We were charged a different rate than we reserved at (higher of course), and this difference was not refunded. There is a major lack of communication between management and customers of this hotel. It took 2 weeks to solicit a response from the general manager. This is unacceptable for me.
