19 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The gentlemen at the front desk were wonderful. He was more then helpful in getting us checked in. The location was nice, with a basketball court and pool. The room was not as nice as expected, nothing was wrong, just very old furniture and yellowing sheets from age. The technology had not been updated in years but was still functional. It was a good choice for the location.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The man at the front desk was very nice, and helped us know when breakfast was. We were offered free coffee upon check-in.

I am not likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Grand Rapids West.
I might recommend it to friends.

They are very good, as I expect them to be.

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Grand Rapids West.
