They had a very helpful and friendly staff..

This hotel made me feel secure: It had well-lighted parking areas and well-lighted grounds..

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Galleria.

This hotel made me feel secure: There were double secure locks, and someone was always present at the front desk.

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Galleria.

They have the friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

This hotel made me feel entertained: The happy hour and breakfast are sociable.

The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was very good. But the pillows were not comfortable at all; they were too soft and mushy.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Galleria.
I might recommend it to friends.
