50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The only complaint was that the front desk had limited knowledge of eating establishments nearby. The book provided in the room wasn't up to date.
This hotel made me feel excited: We had been traveling a long way and we were excited to settle into a clean, beautiful hotel.

It's a great place to stay in. The people are very nice; they take care of all your needs and go even further.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: I appreciated their making me feel at home and a giving me a feeling of importance.
