42 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I enjoy staying at the Peach Street Residence Inn. I've stayed there before when I have business in Erie. The location is convenient to where our Erie office is situated, the staff is friendly and the accommodations are above average for a reasonable price.

Residence Inn Erie has very good service and a friendly staff. The rates could have been more competitive, though.

34 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
We had the jacuzzi suite, which we figure would be a peaceful stay, but because of that splash lagoon we had families running up and down the halls, adults yelling and kids screaming. You'd think they would put the jacuzzi suites in their own wing for privacy and quiet. We will never stay at Residence Inn Erie again.

This hotel made me feel respected: The employees were very willing to make my stay comfortable. It felt like they were listening to me as a person, not a customer.

This hotel made me feel pampered: We had a fireplace in our room. It was a jaccuzzi suite and it had a kitchenette. It was quite a nice room.

The reservations were really screwed-up. We were 2 hours late getting into our room because it was not yet clean at the 4:00 check-in time.

Residence Inn is generally clean, comfortable, and has a few more amenities than ordinary hotels.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: We were treated well by the staff, and the room was very comfortable with a fireplace and a whirlpool in the bathroom.
