The location was good. The staff and management were horrible. I advise others to find another Residence Inn in the DC area.

Overall, the experience was satisfactory, except for the length of time for the check in -- it took approximately 45 minutes. The entire time, I had to wait in the car so that it would not be towed away.

At the time of my departure, the front desk staff person was confused and unfamiliar with the billing process. As a result, my colleague and I were delayed in our departure and late for a business meeting.

Although the staff was outstanding, Residence Inn by Marriott Dupont Circle was dumpy. The bed was the worst thing I have ever slept on, ever. When I checked into my room the headboard was completely pulled from the wall and on the pillows. The lighting in the bathroom was so bad I could barely see to take a shower. I will say that when I brought these issues up with the building engineer he had them fixed within an hour. I would have preferred a new room, but I was okay once the issues were fixed. The location of the hotel was excellent.

It was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. Their staff and management had absolutely no concern for their guests or how long they stayed at an extended stay hotel. Rude and overpriced, they just made the stay a miserable one. The front desk didn't answer the phone, the parking garage door didn't work or else you'd get stuck in it coming in, nobody helped with luggage, the manager didn't return calls until I called corporate, then he was rude. For that price and tiny room size, they should be treating you like a king for the class hotel it is. Marriott's customer care doesn't care either. I expected more from them as I've only stayed there for years. I am disgusted, especially after being a Marriott Rewards Member and lived at one for about 6 weeks prior to moving.

Well there was no night time action there had to leave elsewhere for any inertament. No bar and not a real big dinning place. Lucky for me there was the hilton across the street or other near by places to go.

Was a great first time experience with this brand of mariott.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: The small sectional couch in the room was very comfortable and relaxing for me and my partner.
