60 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business
They have an excellent staff, location, and value. I highly recommend the Residence Inn in Duluth, Georgia. It is close to business and shopping yet private and comfortable.
This hotel made me feel respected: The staff knows me and my wife by name. They are attentive to our needs and observations. Our questions are honestly and immediately answered.

It has a convenient location. It is an excellent value. It has an excellent staff and is pet friendly.
This hotel made me feel respected: Everyone on the staff makes it a point to recognize me by name. They make it a point to ask if there is anything they can do to make my stay better.

I liked the free wireless internet access and the size and amenities of the room. I also liked the free breakfast and evening socials.
