Reservations were made and paid for by me for a number of our relatives who were joining us in Tampa for a family wedding. I made specific reservations at the downtown Tampa Residence Inn for the types of suites that were required.

We had a fireplace in the suite. By using the double-scissor-action fireplace tongs, we were able to roast marshmallows in the fire, two at a time. We really enjoyed our stay.
This hotel made me feel pampered: They had a very good breakfast. It was more of a regular breakfast than a continental one.
