I did not like lack of a printed receipt because I made reservations online--I needed something written at check-out to turn in for travel reimbursement.

This hotel made me feel secure: It practically took an act of Congress to get someone to open the room.

The hotel could/would not provide me with any paperwork verifying my stay.

This hotel made me feel secure: It practically took an act of Congress to get someone to let me in my room when I left my key inside accidentally.
