It's in a good location for convention attendees. The icemaker in the kitchen didn't work and one of the table lamps didn't work. Housekeeping did minimal work on the weekend and didn't replenish coffee, shampoo, etc. without being asked.
This hotel made me feel welcome: All the staff was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to have us staying there. When asked for or about anything, they responded promptly and courteously.

It's the best value for the dollar in New Orleans. It's in the midst of everything and the staff is great.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They were always trying to accommodate every instance. They don't know how to say no.

We loved the place --suite, pool, service, food --everything was wonderful! Our only problem was getting there from the interstate. The Web site directions were completely wrong and even the hotel photo wasn't correct.
This hotel made me feel pampered: The staff was so helpful and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed and were wonderful at anticipating our needs and responding quickly to any requests. The breakfasts there were the best ever --anywhere!
